I just have to say that we went in there with three vehicles to be repaired. My Tesla, my daughter‘s Tesla and my grandson‘s truck. So they had their hands full with us. My daughter‘s Tesla took about two weeks to be fixed, which was amazing since another place told us it would take 12 weeks. My Tesla took about three weeks again. The other place told us 12 weeks. But Ben kept us updated. They worked fast, efficiently and did a great job.

My 2016 Mercedes had extensive damage from an accident. I had never used AJ-USA but it is conveniently located in my neighborhood, so I called ahead to make sure they could work on a Mercedes. I had it towed there and they were expecting it when I arrived. Excellent service and communication from the entire staff. Special shout-out to Angel, who is friendly, communicated thoroughly and answered all my questions. Special shout-out to Daniel who texted me with updates on the repairs and expected completion date. I wasn't aware they also have a service center for maintenance needs and I intend on having my routine maintenance performed at AJ-USA. Highly recommend!
